I’m dreaming of a winter day where it’s like indian summer and also warm enough to wear a pink maternity dress to work or school.

Can’t look up at the stars and see the azure blue of the night sky without a dark cloud over your head seeming to follow you everywhere you go. Caste your cares on God and let him direct your path and guide your footsteps. It’s cold outside and black ice scares me. I always get anxious in the winter when the temperatures are below freezing.

I’ll tell my daughter or son your mommy is a wordsmith. I want you to write in your journal once you turn eight or nine. I want you to go to a good public school not a private school that costs a fortune or a religious school. Make good grades and I’ll be proud of you. You can always trust me and count on me to support you, prepare meals, be your friend and mommy.

I’m in a new relationship and things are going well so far. He is in Italy right now on a trip or a vacation with his college friends.

You can moan and complain when change occurs or you can welcome change. I say I’m thankful I have a good life. I want to enjoy my life. I’m only going to get my one life. People should celebrate when they have a success. Accept when you mess up. We all know that stuff happens but don’t mess up again. I made good choices in my life but when I think about times I failed I know sometimes you can mess up your life. Don’t beat yourself up.

I have a self love going for me in my 30s that nobody can take away from me.

I have a dry eye problem I’ve had for some time. I can’t see too good.

That’s the kind of comment that leaves me spellbound and speechless.

These are gifts to myself for my 37th birthday and to celebrate the new year. I have a few new things in my wardrobe.
