Sometimes people treat other people better than they treat themsleves and forget to give themselves me time and self-care.

I will be getting a manicure and pedicure with my mom. I love taking hot showers. I need to get something to put on my extra dry skin to make it softer. I have hand creams I will put in my bag for my lovely hands. I could have been a hand model.

I am a Black Guyanese woman. I'm thirty nine years old. I went back to college to take Early Childhood Education classes.
